Instant feedback

I'm sure any one of us has seen a window pop up after a game telling us that "Your behavior is not inline with how most League players act".....yada yada.

Why does this popup reference "how most players act" and not the Summoner's Code? I feel like the instant feedback system should reference a set of rules that all League players agree to follow when they sign up, and not compare them to other League players.
