How to make Twisted Treeline better [Detailed]
I always enjoyed playing 3v3's on TT, beacuse i think its a really unique place in league. While its objective is the same as the objective as summoners rift games - get the nexus, the way of getting it is way different, from the overall meta or the other objectives that this map offers. However there are a lot of things in the map that are kinda lackluster or could be way better, so in this post im going to summ those up and present a fix/idea for them.
Jungle This is going to be a long one. Camps All the camps in TT are basically the same, and they dont offer anything special, they dont even have spawning animation, they just pop up whenever they spawn. Their looks are pretty outdated too. So, the solution is to update their model and with that give them a spawning animation too. The model update gives a great oportunity to re-think them a bit and give them something that differenciates them. Wraiths could deal magic dmg like gromp, golems could get the splitting mechanic that krugs have, and they shoudl remain the tankiest camp. Lastly, wolves can potentially remain the simmilar to what are they now.
Along side reworking the older camps, riot should add a new camp, or rather a buff to TT. Back in the old days TT featured not only a Red Buff, but also a White and Green buff. And what did they do? You ask. Well, the Whiter buff gave you the _Crest of Flowing Water _ which encreased your ms with about 40%, while the green buff or Crest of Nature's Fury gave you 20%atk speed and 10% movement speed. I think riot should reintroduce one of theese camps to the map. It would make the jungle way more diverse, and would shape the meta in an interesting way. I think the green buff would be better since it has a bigger impact in msot cases. And where the camp would be? You ask. Between the nexus and the altar theres a huge amounts of unused space, so a big buff could very well fit there. Heres an image of the location.
Plants Since the last preseason, on summoners rift we have plants. Unfortunately we didnt get them in TT, so im suggesting to add them here too. But not the same ones that are on summoners rift. Scryer's Bloom's vision is nto something that fits twisted treeline. Blast cone could work, but i couldnt find a place for it to be in. And honeyfruit could work, if the health shrine or ghost relic in the middle would be replaced by it. My idea is to add Mushrooms to Twisted Treeline. It just makes a lot of sense to have shrooms laying around the map. I could only think of one type: the Poisonshroom. When right clicked it gives the "consumer" some xp, but in return it poisons them. It would spawn around the time the altars unlock and would continue to respawn until 25 minutes.
Ghost Relic This is the little shrine in the middle of the map, which restores some hp and mana/energy for the player who steps on it. Its mostly taken by the botlaner, and it can cause some fights for it. In my opinion this could be a way better objective pretty easly. It should give global gold for your team. Obviously spawning more rarely and giving a bit more hp/resources back in return. It would make it way better to fight for exspecially in the early game. It should give around 50-100 gold. Or as mentioned before it could be replaced by a honey fruit.
Wilemaw Its mostly fine IMO. Some polishing on its abilities would be great, so they could be more visible. And a spawning animation would sure be good for him. He jsut appears out of nowhere just like the other camps do.
Altars The buff of the map could give energy regen or some kinda other adaptive power to manaless champions. Also when multiple players capture it, one of them should appear as the capturer in big, and the other(s) as the one(s) who assisted on the kill counter thingy. Just some polishing.
Difference between bot and top. Currently they are pretty simmilar the only thing that differentiates them is that on top you have one more bush, and its closer to wilemaw(but when you get to the point you fight it laning is propably over, so its position is not that important.) Mages usually go bot and Bruisers go top in the curret meta, altough they could switch anytime, since theres literally no difference between the lanes. So i suggest that one of the lanes(prolly bot) should get a forification buff for several minutes after the games start, making the lanes a little bit more diffferent.
Abilities
Some of the champions are having an ability that was designed to only work for SR, so they should get somekind of other effect on this map. just like

R cant be used aganst dragons here.
Doesnt realy make sense for Ivern to save Wraitsh or for Kindred to hunt for already dead things. But they are fine gameplay vise.
Also the masteries that grant you some kind of bonus in the river, should give you movement speed in the jungle since theres no river here.
