So @Meddler what's goin on with Azir, Kalista, etc

I'm sure theres a bigger list out there of champs you've nerfed til you can figure out a healthier way to balance them, but as someone who loves Azir it kinda sucks to have him in such a bad place overall.

Are you guys planning on taking a stab at these champs who are in this state any time soon? What're the thoughts on direction if you have any? While they might have problems they're also very cool unique champs that a lot of us want to play (without it sucking)
