If you play League of Legends you probably might know that an item corresponding to Mejai's Soulstealer item 3041 existed. That item is, or was, Sword of the Occult. This item was first added in Season 1, granting 10 damage and having a passive that granted your champion 2 damage and +2% critical damage per stack, receiving 2 stacks for a kill or 1 stack for an assist, an effect that could stack 20 times; and you lose a third of your stacks if you die. At 20 stacks, your champion's movement speed was increased by 15% aswell. Later on, it went through various updates, having its combine cost changed and losing the critical damage bonus. Thus, the 2 ad per stack went up to 5 per stack. 3 seasons later, in Season 4, whoever had this item on 20 stacks would lose 7 on death instead of 6. Some patches later, it went through some serious update, changed combine cost, allowed the buyer to have it starting with 5 stacks,Lose half of them on death, and switching the 15% movespeed bonus to +20% attack speed, only to be removed from the game in preseason 6. Patch 5.22. maybe because it turned out to be too OP if you got really fed. However, this item deserves a place in the store to be corresponding to Mejais item 3041 , so my question is: SHOULD SWORD OF THE OCCULT MAKE IT'S RETURN TO THE RIFT?

Ad champs are much more snowbally and lacks much more counterplay than apc. Even if an apc snowballs, they can mess up or you can outplay them to kill them. Ad champs will basically have close to 0 counterplay as going into their range already gaurantees that you will either get chunked or destroyed.

Changing Occult to only melee champs would be... I guess fine.
