Passive Buffs for Stealth Champions

So we all no about the indicator above heads for Rengar and Evelynn when they are in stealth and near you. The indicator added to Evelynn was to slightly control the stealth, and the one added to Rengar's Ult was due to there being no counter play. However, this reasoning was not brought towards the entire champion pool. There are still 3 (possibly 4 if you include Wukong, will discuss later.) champions that benefit from their stealth given no warning and in doing so give very little counter play. The 3 are Shaco, Twitch, and Kha' Zix.

If you specifically look at Shaco and Kha', they are in the exact same role as Rengar, that being assassin. Their stealths serve the exact same purpose: Allowing them to get close to their target before bursting them down. However, Rengar was the only one to have his stealth nerfed. Now yes, his stealth is longer allowing to avoid more wards as he approaches. Yet Shaco has an immediate and free targeted jump with his and Kha's gains a speed buff, much like Rengar, which allows him to get into position so that he can jump onto his target, much like Rengar.

Moving onto Twitch: the little rodent is the only ranged champion to have an manual, mobile stealth. (Meaning he can decide when to activate it, unlike LeBlanc's passive. And he can move while in stealth, unlike Teemo passive.) This allows him to get into a prime killing position, ala Rengar, Shaco, etc., yet he can still maintain range. This allows him to avoid counter play of some melee champions since he give about the same window of reaction as other stealth champions, yet there is gap that you have to close to start fighting back. All this along with the fact that he can kill just as quickly as a "traditional" assassin.

On the side note of Wukong: This is a tricky topic. The sheer fact that he has his W allows for deception and mind games. Allowing the enemy to know whether or not it is a Wuclone would greatly take away from not only the skill and even the champion himself. This does leave him with having the ability to enter a gank under stealth, yet it's not apparent how this could be resolved without destroying to ability to just be a basic stealth.

Note on the Author: I only own Twitch and Evelynn from this list. (Let's all take a moment to laugh at my pitiful champion pool.) I don't play against these champions often but when I do the difference in the stealth is very obvious (Ironically). These are just the discrepancies that I noticed.
