Since I can not see you play in game I will tell you what you can do better with your builds and Runes,
Xayah:
- Your Runes are pretty good, I would personally go Resolve secondary with stoneplating and Chrysalis but whatever you like to play for that is best, you have the runes so you do more damage.
- Your spell order could be fixed a bit, you are starting the first spell correctly and maxing the first spell correctly. Q|Max Q but you should do Q>E>W|Max Q>Max E> Max W(of course get your ult whenever you can).
- Your Item build needs some work, for Xayah, you should be building Stormrazor first, then a Zeal item, then Infinity Edge(also buy boots in there somewhere), Infinity Edge does not give you any Crit by itself anymore but it doubles the Crit you have gotten, so if you have Rapid fire cannon or static Shiv you will get 2*30 which is 60% Crit when you buy Infinity Edge after.
Keep in mind I have not played Xayah for a while and what I am saying to build could be outdated, I just know that you should not buy Infinity edge without extra crit
As I said since I can not see you playing I can only give you tips:
- Ward. Play safe, Vision saves lives.
- Your CS is not really good, but you did say you were level 22 so you are new to this game more then some people, so try to last hit minions more often then attacking champs unless you know you can kill them. Always try to last hit Cannon Minions as they are the most gold. The way I learned CSing(I am still bad at it btw) was to go to practice tool not buy anything and try to last hit as much as possible for 10 mins, record what I got and do it over, try to get your number to 60-80
I can not really help you with Ahri builds though.
