Turrets,Farming And Mana.

In this thread im gonna talk about what i think is the problem with the current state of league of legends. Low Mana Consumptions. They Make CS denying impossible,caitlyn,sivir,ezreal most of the champions in the game have a skill that they can use to poke/take cs from a BIG distance.Thus they enforce the "push" meta which requires turrets being in a sorry state to both allow players to outplay the enemy with dives and to take the turrets easy.
