Icons and Other Permanents From Hextech Crafting

[slayer-jinx-unamused] Why is it that icons and other permanents get unlocked to collection upon obtaining them? I would prefer to have a choice to dust them or use them for another re-roll in the case of skins. There have been so many chests where I got icons I will never use or re-rolled into a skin I don't like. Yes, I understand that it's the risk you take when you re-roll or open a chest but why not just add it to the Hextech collection to then let the player choose what to do with it? I believe I'm not alone in this either. I'm sure there are plenty of people that have similar qualms to myself pertaining to this aspect of the Hextech crafting. I would love to get feedback on this.
