Jungling too much

Hey,I am new to this game and I found myself maining Master Yi.I play as a jungler and I stay in the jungle farming and farming,sometimes even in the enemy jungle since at lower levels,players usually don't know about that.The problem I have is that I don't get out of jungle and when I finally think I have a good build and level to go get some kills it's too late,the games ends and I don't get to see any action to get an S.So my question is:at what level on Master Yi should I be fed enough to fight enemy champions and in what order should I unlock my abilities?
