Champions like this are toxic to League.

There are a few, in my opinion at least, who need some updating. These champions are ones who do WAY to much damage from pressing a single ability, or on some rare occasions, 2.

One of the most obnoxious top laners you can get laned against, besides maybe a teemo. All he does is spam Q on you, until you're under 50% hp, then forces you out of lane because his guaranteed 100% crit when you're under 15%. He also has a gap closer, that grants his passive, that all stuns. Keep in mind that this is a point to click stun as well. I don't even know why he exists with such a low difficulty rating, one of the easiest carry champions in League in my opinion. Yes, he blows massive dick late game, but that doesn't stop him from absolutely smashing you in the top lane, making you pretty much useless because he just bullies you out of lane for free.

Yes, I'm aware he's a stacking champion. Although, I don't think it's fair that he can literally 1 shot anyone he pleases late game. I shit you not, all he does is press r, then he's done his job. I don't quite get the gist on how farming for 30 minutes with your q can be fun. Literally no counterplay at all, besides maybe is banshee's, but i'm sure that's going to be popped before Veigar even uses his ult so xd

Useless all game, until he gets his stacks. But then, he 1 shots you from 75% hp with 8000 hp. Same thing with the Veigar thing, except cho is a little more (useless). Just the idea of a 1800 true damage click to win ult is a little obscured, but ya know, that's just me.

ADC in 2017, lul. Fizz just presses r, than e's onto you if he even needs too.
