Remove Banner of Command from ARAM

Can we please? Cause it's so much fun being given a team with 2 tanks and 3 ap assassins and the other team is just like, "oh, we can just build and slowly kill them as we just poke and bleed them dry"

What can we do? Our team can't build ad halfway through the game especially when most of them are short range or ability heavy that doesn't use ad. And to bury us even further, it wasn't just 1 person building it, it was 3 of them. Then at the end, they didn't even need to do anything to the core, it was just shielded minions pushing into it and destroyed it.

What is fun about this? It takes no skill to put barriers on the minions and have them push into an all ap team. Not to mention that they had a pretty poke heavy and tanky team. So I'll ask again, what can we do? It's just completely bs and so dumb.

But you'll say that they were using strategy, and my response is no duh. But how "strategic" is it when you already have an advantage over the enemy team; building banner is just taking a dump on them and showing that they don't care or that it isn't worth the effort to use actual skill. If this game is about skillful strategy and team work, why is banner even available when the use of it might as well be the opposite. It's just downright disrespectful.
