Camera unlocking randomly

while playing the game my camera will seemingly randomly enter free cam. Any explanations? any fixes? I dont know what causes it, but I can fix it in game. it takes 5-15 seconds and that can be very valuable at any point in the game. If this is in the wrong board please tell me.

You might be pressing a key or the mini map but idk really cause i play unlocked screen
