Remove Iceborn gauntlet for ranged

I feel like Iceborn gauntlet is an underrated item that only 1 champ buys, That champion is Ezreal, I honestly think that Iceborn on Ezreal is so fucking strong, Too strong, Why should he be able to get 200 armor with 3 items and still almost deal more damage if he went trinity, Playing assassins into a champion with a blink on a low cooldown when he can Q for even less cooldown, I think they should remove iceborn gauntlet from ranged champions just like with steraks or Tiamat.
