Can a player be excused from a hostage match ?

Like at least after 3 surrender votes fail. All it takes is a duo and an enemy team that wants to milk the victory. The lord Cthulhu forbid how often this happens... we have no idea why some people do it, but i'm definitely going to assume some do it so the whole team feeds as much as them so they won't feel as the worse players on the team.

If anything let it be like a dice charge on ARAM? it charges through matches played.

All i wanted was a good match today or maybe 2, ended up with feeders and in a hostage situation... again. This is more common than a player cursing someone out.
