Why is league the only game where you can play one game completely fine with no issues

and the next game you're stuck at 500 ping? and I've tested. My MS in relation to my ISP and other servers are 100% fine. I don't think I've legit EVER had this issue with any other game. If I have high ping in another game, it's usually from I hop on to the point of where I have to check back later.
