Can Rammus Interrupt His Taunt?

I'm often afraid of cancelling the taunt when moving away or using a different ability. I'm not sure this is actually possible but because of how short it is, it's hard for me to notice. The question is, after Rammus taunts a target, is there ANYTHING he can do to reduce its duration?
