Help?

Hey Guys, My name is Eric, aka Spears. I've been playing League for about 1 year now and I've moved from Bronze 5 to Silver 2. I want REALLY want to move further but it seems as though I've hit a block at Silver 2/Silver 1. I was a Jungle main for my whole playtime but I'm thinking about switching to ADC. My summoner is Lord Spears and I'm just here looking for a friend who can coach me a bit. I've been learning this game by myself since I started and I think I really need some help :((( Either Jungle or ADC because those are the roles that I'm going to be focusing on. P.S. I'm not one of those nerdy kids who think they're the best and it's their team's fault. If I was better than Silver then I wouldn't be in Silver. HELPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
