This buff on minions getting extra damage while one team is ahead is CRAZY

It's suppose to be used for waves to push towards you so you can lasthit but what happens is that losing lane makes the minions CRAZY strong against yours. (20% extra damage to minions?) that doesnt help you lasthit underturret to catch up. that just helps siege riot wants games to end earlier by making snowball more proficient and covers it up with a halfased answer
