Discussing changes to minions

I think that it may be linked to the changing of ADCs. Since you can now snowball the whole map by gaining a gold lead it puts a much higher emphasis on early game. I think this may be because they buffed ADCs. ADCs are late game carries so if the emphasis is on early game it is much harder for ADCs to impact the game if the opposing team is being snowballed by other lanes. This is just my take on it. Thoughts?
