He has infinite dashes

He has DOUBLE crit chance which means that he can get 100 % crit chance with TWO items
doesn't sound as op when you factor in that his crits do less than a normal crit would be doing. and even then, his damage would be garbage without 100% crit chance. imagine he combo'd you and got you down to 50% hp with 100% crit chance. no 100% crit chance and he would've done jack shit compared to what you can do. infact, most mages can delete people faster than he can if they are at equal level of gold.
He has retarded shield that charges by moving
then hit him while he has to move to get it. also it takes a while to get it back up as well.
When is gets Frozen Malet he gets tanky as shit and still does retarded amounts of dmg.
well what do you expect. an HP item to not make him decently durable? he doesn't do "retarded" amounts of damage with it either unless Frozen mallet now gives 500 AD

can we check this please? I want this backed up by data. low elo is obvious because everyone in it is unskilled compared to higher elos. also, average elo is low elo. decent elo is where he becomes easy to kill and a free win in high elo if you don't main him lol
