I believe there are far too many champions in league especially those that are far too over powered We the people of the rift deserve and 2nd ban in ranked so we can see what people have up their sleeve other than a one trick. back to 2013

i believe all champions power level should be lowered due to the fact of yes there is alot of champs to balance therefore should reduce all power budget since to make it less "favoritism" based to some degree.
