This Dodging Plague is Real

It's becoming a 15 min ordeal to get into a game now.

Someone bans their champ, picks their champ. doesn't get their position, or they don't like their teams comp or the other teams comp and they out. The whole team gets a penalty and the guy that dodges just gets a simple 6 min ban which is pretty much what the other 9 guys in the champ select got as well.
