[Suggestion] Take in-client surveys about champions and use that information towards VGU's.
I'm often presented surveys in my game client already, and it made me start wondering why isn't this feature utilized more often? Instead of making the same mistake which was done with Aatrox (where the majority of players did not agree with his rework), why not present survey questions in the client to gather information?
For example, team A has the next champion being considered for a full scale VGU, while team B is the group of enemies playing against the champion being considered for a full VGU. The player using the champion can be asked more specific questions such as: "Do you think XXX ability fits this champion's theme", while the rest of the team can be asked more generic questions such as: "Do you enjoy having this champion on your team?" which then obviously would lead to more curtailed questions as to why.. While the enemies would get the opposite: "Do you think this champion is fair to play against?" with further questions as to why or why not.
Information such as this could then be used to make decisions towards things that players want, instead of guessing and scrapping champions and parts of their kits that players want. As much as Riot claims they are listening to community feedback, it feels as though they aren't fully utilizing all of their tools and resources as much as they could be (Which would indicate that they aren't lying, but not being fully honest with that claim either). Many sources are heavily biased due to moderation (Reddit being the biggest offender, but these boards themselves remotely as well) and there is no solid proof that the people providing input are even actively playing the game.
Last year I didn't play this game for roughly 6 months and I was still looking at these boards. There are probably many other players out there like me. There's no proof that the people posting elsewhere on the internet have ever even played the game. It's makes much more sense to make better use of the survey system built into the client for the primary source gathering player feedback, than it does to use websites like Reddit.
Anyways, the in-game surveys don't appear often, and I'd like to make a suggestion for them to be used more because they'd provide much better and more accurate feedback than could possibly be acquired anywhere else.
