ADC Twisted Fate Help

I have been wanting to play TF on the Rift, but I don't feel like he is strong right now in Mid Lane, and I am a TERRIBLE Jungler. So a lot of guides have come up for Top Lane and ADC, and While I LOVE Top Lane, playing TF up there means someone else has to play tank. ADC it is?

So it looks like his builds typically rely on Crit Chance and his E's passive. Would you run to get more procs from his E or would there be an issue with his E proc'ing on the wrong target?

Does anyone play ADC with TF? If you do, can you send me some tips?
