Riot... Riot what're you doing to AP items? What is this Haste gimmick you're trying to force in?

item 3003 Haste: +10% CDR

item 3030 Haste: +10% CDR

item 3285 Haste: +10% CDR

You're giving them all the same named passive when by the looks of their new stats they should be able to synergize with each other perfectly...

#WHY?

I see you're turning item 3165 into a HP item and removing the Mana+CDR but this doesn't seem like a better alternative, just looks like it'll make things clunky and inefficient especially since you won't be able to make use of Transcendence since it's all the same passive...

So WTF?

Haste is designed so that rather than get Morellos every game, each type of mage has an item to rush that has 20% CDR, but because they are the same unique passive you can't get two of them for 40%.

Ludens for poke, GLP for engage/catching, and Archangles for scaling mages.

So you can't Transcendence stack so easily.

You can still build 2 of those items if you wanted to, since the only thing that would overlap would be the 10% cdr since the stats and passive/active still would make it worth it. Plus with item 3003 having either one of the other 2 items would still be strong with all that mana going into AP.

it has to do with the item 3802 part of their build so you don't get 3 items that build out of it

"...by the looks of their new stats they should be able to synergize with each other perfectly..." This is exactly why they're doing it. They don't want stacking to be too powerful/gold efficient.
