tear of goddess suggestions and requests

I get that a lot of trolls would stack tear because they are trolling or salty, but in some instances, having 2 tear items was actually good. Take a look at Ryze for example. Ryze benefits so much from tear of the goddess items because when fully stacked, gives 1000 mana. I know it might seem troll for ryze to have a muramana but hey if I want 2 seraphs because I want 2000 bonus mana, I should be allowed.

I think one way to give love to both worlds is instead of making players only able to purchase 1 tear of the goddess item, change that so that you can purchase another tear of the goddess after you fully stack one. Or make it that you can purchase up to two at the very least.

As ryze, I could totally go for 2 seraphs because it would be fun. Other notable champions who also benefit from these tear items but not to the same degree are ezreal and blitzcrank. For blitz, more mana means that passive mana shield is gonna be HUGE. Ezreal can benefit from the mana along with both the ad and ap as his kit utilizes both stats, and since both tear items benefit from mana then it synergizes very well for ezreal even if it is not the optimal build.
