DEAR RIOT: Please add standard ping to chat log with identity

For a long time there has always been that little running joke where players issue a ton of pings to X person on the map, but no one knows who it is because there is no status log of the event. I just went through a game where a troll player issued standard pings in hexakill for about 30 minutes. Please add the standard game ping to chat log so abusers can be properly reported.
