Do something about the current game state and matchmaking.

First of all I am a relatively new player and I already hate this game, I was introduced to LOL by my older brother (he is D+ player and plays since s3) but I will not suggest anyone new to play it. Matchmaking sucks every game I play is worse than the one before it, last game I had 2 trolls in the team one hovered blitz as supp then banned the toplaners champion and picked orianna as supp. In game he starts with Dorans ring and takes CS from the ADC then comes midlane and takes cs too and feeding kills to the enemy mid. The jungler went garen and instead of clearing camps roamed all the lanes taking CS and EXP and then invaded and gave kills to the enemy team. Both of them also flamed in chat calling other noobs and shittalking the other players farm. Now how can things get any worse? I tried to play 3v3 ranked. As a new player I get matched vs silvers and so I fed most of my games. after getting some fairer matches I was having some bad and some good games. After the placements I got placed in low Bronze and then climbed to silver having some smurfs here and there. Mid silver things get super FUCKED UP!!!!!!!!!!! Every game is a snowball fiesta with plats vs unranked and all stupid kind of weird things. Crowning Jewell to this hell was a CHALLENGER player in a SILVER game on RANKED. Before someone calls BS on that I got a screen and can PM the match history of it cause I want to keep the player names private. Challenger in Silver

As for the monotony of the matches can someone explain to me how the system matches very high level player with good CS per min and other stats with new players with much inferior stats and expect the game to be 50-50? Take a pick at screen and try to explain it to me. Unfair Matchmaking

I can understand people not wanting to be flamed and insulted in a game chat but ruining other peoples games, having unfair matches and very unballanced roaster of champions and items is what really pushes toxicity off the edge. I got flamed hard for losing vs a superior player but I also flamed too when I got trolls that did not give a fuck for the other people playing the game and trying to improve or have some fun. So instead of banning someone for calling names do something about behaviors that cause all this frustration. Make matchmaking fair with players of the same skill and finally punish trolling. Time is much too valuable for us to be wasted by trolls.
