Smurfing

Im a n new player to league, ive played similar games like Dota 2, Smite and other stuff. I made an account on North America servers, and i have to say it was the shittyest experience i ever had with a game. First of all everyone (And when i say everyone i mean EVERYONE) was smurfing. Honestly as a new league of legends player that is trying to learn the game i get matched up with smurfs WTF. I am currently level 15 now and every game is depending on which team is getting the most smurfs. Honestly how are new players supposed to play the fucking game. Play bots until level 30 and jumo into ranked ? (cause i guess ranked as all other games has same skilled players). Is riot even doing anything to get rid of smurfers or ATLEAST do something so new people like myself dont get them in our games. How are they planing ti recruit new players if u cant even play the game normally cause you are up against some insanely skilled player that played thousands of hours.

With this said i am happy to say that i tried league of legends. But as it is right now its unplayable for me.
