a BIG rework idea for unused items

Items - League of Legends - Lolking

so i was looking what items are the most used and have the biggest win rate and i got thinking what if the low pick rate items got rework to make them funner and batter for the game + so ideas for new items her we go :

  1. item 3056 Ohmwrecker - **Big rework ** - '' why it says in the wiki that in 4.20 ,Active can be used on allied turrets to increase their damage output by 100%. ok? ''

**new recipe : item 1031 800g + item 3801 650g + 450g = 1900g **

new stats: +300 health +45 armor +50% base health regeneration

UNIQUE - passive : hitting enemy champions with abilities/basic attack grant stacks base on the ability type: single target / basic attack = 4 stacks AoE / multi target = 2 stacks over time = 1 stack ever stack increase your base health regeneration by 5% for 5 seconds. (stacks up to 20 times for a +100% base health regeneration. )

UNIQUE - active : mark the nearest tower for 6 seconds (up to 1000 units away)

the mark tower is : unable to attack takes no damage from minions (rift herald still deals damage) if the tower takes non minon damage the debuff duration is reduce to 2 seconds after the debuff the tower can not be mark again for 120 seconds
after the debuff the tower attacks 20% slower

"why like this? well Ohmwrecker is the less pick item but it got the 2nd bast win rate and i think that it because after 20 min it passive drops of cuz there aren't many towers at the early game and it cost is a bit high so with this rework it cost is less so it batter st the start , it doen't have a cooldown on the item it self and now it more of a diver item as it need to be and less then a back door item .

2.item 3104 Lord Van Damm's Pillager - BIG rework (more like a new item) - ''it an item exclusive to Twisted Treeline but i think with a bit of a rework it can work on summoners rift too ''

**new recipe : item 3044 1250g + item 3052 1200g + 550g = 3000g **

new stats : +300 health +35 attack damage

UNIQUE - passive - RAGE :Basic attacks (on-hit) grant +20 flat movement speed for 2 seconds. Killing a Unit grants +60 flat movement speed instead. UNIQUE - passive – ASHES TO ASHES: holding the red buff granting you RED ASHES,holding the blue buff granting you BLUE ASHES

RED ASHES - basic attacks now deal 40% of the damage to all enemies that are up to 300 units away form the target. lasts 90 more seconds after no longer holding the red buff.

BLUE ASHES - 'RAGE' passive now stacks up to 6 time (killing a unit grant 3 stacks ) and last for 4 seconds. lasts 90 more seconds after no longer holding the blue buff.
