Customized item sets would be more useful if editable in game queue - Vote to get this changed

I can't remember the last time I used a specific item set for a champion, I've long forgotten they exist.

I think the concept is great and all. Basically like having an item set for your champion like a rune or mastery page, but you have to have them pre-set...

I know that I would be x10 more likely to utilize them if I was able to build or edit one in queue right after I locked my champ and saw my lane match up.
