New Rune System

I didn't want to be a part of this new Rune system. I thought it was an unnecessary change that Riot was making to the game. But now that the time has come and I am forced to be a part of it or quit the game, I am choosing to try the rune system. When I was making a page for an upcoming game, I wanted to use Magic Footwear and Future Market. Riot, how are you gonna make me be a part of the system, but stop me from using the runes that I want to use. Please explain / let me use what ya boy wants to use.
