Can hidden traps function a bit differently?
How about they only can be disabled with a

would only be able to detect and reveal them, not disable them. Nothing is more frustrating than playing Teemo or Shaco and setting up a nice area for anti-ganks (Teemo shroom minefield) or whatever Shaco does with his (I don't ever play Shaco outside of Ascension so idk what his SR box placement strategies are very well), only to have some enemy waltz right through them with

like they didn't even exist. Or if you are mid fight and need that box/shroom you placed mid combat to go off, only to have the enemy pop

so the trap never goes off. Not to mention that they usually can clear out most if not all of them with how long
lasts for. Dropping a control ward would only disable a small area but you can store up to 3 at a time so it seems fair. Also, since
or
would still reveal them, enemy junglers and roamers would only have to sidestep the traps (or clear them) when ganking a lane, so they would not become a major deterrent, they would just be a minor inconvenience, but still dangerous.
