Not a SINGLE skinshard since preseason started!

Im Level 51, so obviously i played a LOT of games since preseason started, gets honors and keyfragments and a few S class chest on those few champs i have not yep got S with..

even after hundreds of games, a lot of chests , capsules etc i HAVE GOTTEN ZERO SKIN SHARDS ?!?!

why did they change the skin droprate to ZERO?
