Dodge timers

The dodge timers are way to harsh. Second+ dodge time are 30 mins and that is way to long mostly when you have a good reason to dodge like when people troll champ select for having there champ ban. Its unfair. Please reduce the timers to at least 10 mins instead of 30, Cause -10 lp and 30 mins wait is crazy.
