Rush on WW and then a wits end into PURE TANK, unkillable with your doing over 600 dmg during your ultimate and wits lowering mr + the 49 dmg per hit it gives and your passive magic dmg, couple all this with little to no mr now and you have an unkillable insta carry. He can ulti the adc and kill them before the ulti is over. Please nerf this item, 40 stacks at purchase and the scaling it has you can easily hit a total of +100 magic dmg a hit from just .
WW is free elo and needs to be gutted.

Every champion with Devourer becomes broken OP. Since the patch, games basically amount to 'Which jungler can utilize Devourer better'.
If Warwick is doing over 600 damage to you with his ult JUST from Devourer, that means he got at LEAST 85 stacks on it (probably more, accounting for magic resist). Maybe not let the enemy infinitely scaling person get free stacks everywhere?
