With the new health bar changes, can we get the .ini color changes again?

A few seasons ago a Rioter (I can't remember who unfortunately) posted information on how to change some simple cosmetic features of the health bars like the color of your own bar and the color of the fade effect via tweaking an .ini file. I love customizing things like that, so I've really been missing it since the last time HP bars were reworked and the tweaks no longer worked. Personally I'm not a fan of the new yellow fade on enemy bars, so that's something I'd love to tweak, and I feel like the beginning of a fresh HP bar style with a lot of things people are iffy about would be a good time to share this information again if it's in the cards.

Are there any plans to officially support these sort of customizations? I think something like HoN's MMO-style UI addon system is a little much for a competitive game like this since addons can give players an unfair edge and it creates an arms race where you HAVE to use certain addons to be on par with people, but I think there's nothing wrong with mild things like color customization and it gives players a little more individual identity in how they play the game.

I'd especially love to be able to have green ally bars back in place of the blue, but I know that's a pipe dream.
