Caitlyn needs compensation buff

As you know Stormrazor got nerfed by 5 ad, a core item for caitlyn. I suggest that Caitlyn's ad per level be increased to compensate for it. Thank you.

Yeah no, she's gotten 5 buffs throughout multiple patches for basic ad growth. She doesn't need more.

its not item 3095 but the bug fix and not allowing machine gun cait anymore, she lost about 2-3% win rate because of that changes to storm, crit cloak and bugfix. She went from an ok spot to a weak state now. Bot is in an all in meta to get ahead and she is not good at allins. She doesn't need more damage per level but AS base or AS growth per level to really fix her.
