How to fix the ranked system perfect solution

steps -

1. solo queue is implemented again
2. dynamic queue returns but without 4 mans and no solos so 2 3 and 5 mans ( this works because you dont need the extra solo to fill in for 4 mans)
3. the elo rating system is re implemented as a mix of league and elo system it will show you as diamond like 1800 plus no demotions or promotions if your mmr is diamond 1 you are diamond 1 and your elo is shown while saying your diamond the reason this is better is because you can see the true difference in skill between lets say rank 1 and 150 theyre both in challenger but theyre elo might be very distant and it was interesting to see people like forellenlord hit 3000 elo
4. remove new champ select
