Ranked Q in LoL

Since the change of ranking system in LoL (the division restriction), there is no such thing that Bronze V players asking their Challenger friends to help them climb up. And this change has led to a problem: Players in an individual division have to team-up with monkey poops that can't play a proper games when other players in the same division team-up with players that have WCS-standard skills and playstyles. I'll give an example to make my point clear: I play in VN, my rank is Silver, and it means that I can only play with players in either Bronze Division or Gold Division. By that I mean the division restriction creates some unfair situations. I played a ranked game (which is mid-Silver, as y'all know), and my team: Bronzies while the other team held a guaranteed victory in their hands: 3 Golds, 2 Silvers. Of course, this team-up made me threw an epic fit and resulted to a tilt. So Rito, I'm begging you to make a change in Ranked Q, like Silver vs Silver, Bronze vs Bronze, only 1 division fighting with the same division. Thank you
