Majority vote =/= lottery pick

Reposting my original thread becuase riot still doesnt get it...

"Seriously, either change the name, or learn what lottery means. If 3 players choose one champion, and the other 2 players each chosoe a diffrent champion, that means theres a 60% chance at one, and 20% at the other 2. That how a lottery pick works, whats NOT a lottery pick is when you jsut hand over whatever champion gets the most votes, thats called voting.

This is coming form someone whose tire dof being promised a LOTTERY PICK in all for one, and then getting stuck with a 4 man premade with 0 chance of getting a say in what we play."
