Please Riot

Since the reduction in exp requirements to reach lvl 30, I have noticed an increase in the number of literally inexperienced players in my matches. There are just so many people that do not know the mechanics in bronze. I can not solo carry to win matches if my team is literally off doing their own thing. Riot make there please be some fix for this. I am trying soooo very hard to get out of bronze but you have really but a barrier that can't be gotten over without making people that enjoy the game HATE it in order to get out of bronze
