Arctic Ops is great.

Sweetheart has a creepy model, but great effects.

Sweetheart has a bad model (aside from the cloak, which looks great), and good effects.

Lunar Guardian is great, but I wish the Q had just a bit more OOMPH.

Lunar Guardian is great.

Lunar Empress has great effects, but the model is just way too close to elementalist.

I seriously don't think Brand jungle needs a nerf.

No comment on the Jinx buff. It's a bit boring, but she'll probably be viable with it.

Don't remove Unstoppable from Ornn's W. You're taking a big part of his skill cap and throwing it out the window. If you remove this, he'll have no reason to hold the ability. He'll just faceroll all his buttons with no regard for what's going on.

I guess this Sona buff will help a little, but it doesn't solve her actual problems.

Runes

Was Rammus not abusing Aftershock hard enough already? Can we just have the regular old shield back, as to avoid these shenanigans?

Guardian was pretty weak, but I'm not sure this changes anything. The nature of the rune makes it extremely niche to begin with.
