Stopwatch should also freeze cooldowns

Being an inferior zhonyas, and the fact it can be free, the stopwatch should freeze all CD's while you are also in stasis. Its not a huge nerf to the item but the fact you cant stasis to get back CD's would be enough of a knock on the item to where it isn't a must take. That 2.5 second stasis can make or break a survival situation right now because you get back CD's you might not have had.

Im not saying this nerf needs to go to zhonyas as its a fully bought item just the stopwatch itself needs some sort of down side to make it less appealing so not everyone is taking it.
