Are they taking feral flare out in s5? And Why? Please list links as well.
I hope they don't because it's so fucking broken. :D But a lot of noobs use it and fail hard.

they are completely removing all the jungle items and replacing them. go check out surrender at 20 for the pbe changes.
Feral Flare was added as a band-aid fix mid season because the jungle changes they made last season didn't go anywhere near as they had planned. For next season, they're looking to do another major revamp of the jungle to try to put it more where they were hoping it would go this season. This includes major changes to the jungling items. And hopefully they'll get the balance of the jungle to work out better this time, so that an item like Feral Flare won't even be necessary.
maybe because it obsoleted wit's end on the only champion that loved it?
Broken suggests that an item or champ in the game is not operating as expected, also known as a bug.
I think you mean overpowered, which it isn't, it never was, people just never took the time to figure out how to deal with it.
One of the new jungle items gives 40% attack speed, 40 magic damage on hit, and it has the Feral Flare stacking passive for doing more magic damage on hit with every large monster or champion kill. It won't be so unbelievably good at objective control, but your stacking option is still around.
