Suspended for getting angrey at a troll with the team

I don't get it. I have been playing for 5 years, over $500 into the game seriously. I love the game yet can get lil voice tress when people troll in ranked. I know its every match in bronze but it still annoys me. I played last match with a trundle that allowed 6 turrets to get pushed while he was farming ours and their jungle. I kept asking him to help his team yet he refused. He just kept jungling. The rest our team was tired of it to and also told him to help yet he wouldn't. I got over voiced and called him a moron 3 times in the match. I kept playing with my team and we won cause the rest of us grouped and played teamwork. Trundle then reports me after for harrasment even though he refused to comunicate in a ranked match and allowed the other team to almost win except the rest of us didn't give up. Because of the report the tribunal banned me for 14 days. This is wrong investing in this game to be able to play it, i get suspended for playing correctly and the troll gets to keep trolling matches. If it is harassment one should be chat restricted, if its trolling ur team it should be suspension or ban not the other way around. I can tell u this i wont be putting another dime into this game or anything affiliated with riot if they are going to let troll play while stopping the players that actually play with team yet get heated at the troll.
