Promo/Series games.

Can we please make it so that surrendering is not available in Promo or series games? It's frustrating when someone loses their lane while you're absolutely trumping yours and you team for some miraculous reason wants to surrender. Maybe they're hungry, tired, thirsty or whatever else but I would really LOVE if surrendering is not an option in these types of games.
