Ranked games points evaluation

Greetings,

me and my friend (bot and support) have been recently facing the same problem which is getting your ass out of bronze or silver. After 10 placements matches where we got horrible teammates we were promoted to Silver III. We already played around 25 games in Silver III but we weren´t able to get any higher due to hardly influencing the game from bot lane (which we won or played evenly more than 75 % out of the 25 games). My point is that even if you are a good support or adc you are almost useless in the game after laning phase if the rest of your team sucks.

I don´t know how exactly the points evaluation works but my suggestion would be, that the players whom play bot and support should lose lower points if they lose and get more points if they win the ranked game. I am not talking about huge differences but some extra points would be handy. And in addition to this, in my opinion this change would motive players to play supports more often which will lower the waiting time for the game.
