Idea for Tabis Rework!

Right now tabis are just str8 up broken! special with combination of PD/DD/GA i mean even ADC buy them rather than any other item! even the game is full with CC tabis is still an insta BUY so my idea is an armor ratio!

So my suggestion is to have Tabis stats the same 30 armor bla bla but now it block all physical damage to 2% but you get a 2% block damage every 30 BONUS armor you have!

So if you have 210 bonus armor (thornmail/Frozen heart/tabis/etc) you will get +16% block damage and the armor you stack the more you block!

This would help tanks to not melt and would stop ADC and assasins from abusing this item!

The number can be different if its OP or UP with ths numbers or it can stay only AA block but something like this need to happen!
