Get me out of silver

Ive been doing the best that i can to get out of silver alone. I have mastered several champions to be able to play every lane. I managed to get to silver 1. Few of my match ups went great and I got 50 points in the ladder. However, in the past few games I have played with really really really annoying summoners, DCed ppl and Smurfs Plats on the other side. Can someone please help me get out of silver? Like I have spent so much time trying to get out of it. My ELO doesnt seem to change ever and when I lose a game i get -21,-22 but when I win i get 16,17. This game is designed for you to fail and feel frustrated. Its just annoying. I know Rito is not going to do anything about it... So could a kind summoner whos actually good at this game, a plat/diamond smurf help me get out of silver? Im not asking you to carry, I am capable of winning when my team is not full of monkeys/chickens or other farm animals. Please add me (Nyadan) if you have a smurf or if ure good enough to carry a lane.
